Competition Committee Meeting Tuesday 1st December 2009

In attendance:
Joe Norman (A.E.J.F President) Darren Lyons, Shayne Thorn, Roy Stevens, Adam Cunningham, John Workman. (Chris Woods could not make this meeting).
This meeting took place to arrange the new AEJF Competition Committee, and appoint official positions as below.
Chairman: Darren Lyons.
Secretary: Shayne Thorn.
Treasurer: Adam Cunningham.
It was agreed that the committee shall arrange dates then tie in with the technical committee so that competitions do not clash with any other events throughout the year.
Competition prices
A.E.J.F members £9 for all Air work competitions and £7 for Newaza competitions.
Non A.E.J.F members £12 for all Air work competitions and £10 for Newaza competitions.
Proposed competitions for 2010
Early march, April, June, Early July, October, December. Type of competitions to be arranged at the next meeting in January at pre-arranged location.
There should also be an intermediates category at all competitions (numbers permitting) and every one will be weighed in on the day.
- * Shayne Thorn to get prices on hall hire in Basildon and prices on trophies.
- *Darren Lyons to sort out first aid.
- *Adam Cunningham to get hall prices in Dagenham area and sort out weight categories
